How long does it take?
24-hour and 48-hour service options are subject to receiving a complete application, required evidence and responses from relevant third parties. Outstanding information or further review can extend completion time.
Does referencing guarantee future rent payments?
No reference can guarantee future conduct or payment. Referencing supports your decision. Rent Guarantee is a separate service with its own terms and eligibility requirements.
